Roles & Permissions
DecisionLedger AI uses role-based access control (RBAC) with four built-in roles. Each role provides a specific level of access to the platform.
Full access. Manage users, roles, billing, integrations, governance settings, and all platform configuration.
Run models, manage decisions, configure integrations, and view analytics. Cannot manage users or billing.
Create and run scenarios, view decisions and KPIs, export reports. Cannot configure settings or manage governance.
Read-only access to scenarios, decisions, dashboards, and reports. Cannot create or modify data.
Workspace Settings
Organization Profile
Set your organization name, industry, headcount range, and geographic region. This information is used for benchmark matching and peer comparisons.
Appearance
Toggle between light and dark themes. Theme preference is stored per-user and applied across all pages.
Security Settings
Enforce MFA for all users, configure session timeout duration, manage API keys, and review active sessions.
Model Configuration
Select which decision models are enabled for your workspace. Configure default parameters, custom fields, and domain-specific settings.
